Ma vows to ease investment rules (Chinapost.com.tw)

TAIPEI, Taiwan — President Ma Ying-jeou promised yesterday to lift restrictions on investment in Taiwan and liberalize administrative regulations, while enhancing the island’s competitive edge concerning geographical location and transport services.
