Slowdown could aid ties with Taiwan (China Economic Net)

Ties between Taiwan and the mainland will be significantly enhanced if the two sides cooperate to fight the global economic slowdown, former vice-chairman of the standing committee of the National People’s Congress Xu Jialu said on Saturday.
