A graduate of the University of California in Fine Art, Nancy Ring created her first visionary painting after being visited in her dreams by what she describes as a "spirit hawk." Following its instructions, she began to paint the beautiful bird on canvas. From that first mystical dream experience, sprang numerous other creations--angel and goddess paintings.

A painter and writer about dreams, Ms. Ring draws inspiration from her mystical Quaker heritage as well. She has been a hypnotherapist and past-life regressionist for the past twelve years, and often incorporates insights from meditative experiences in her oil paintings.

Ms Ring currently lives with her family in northern California.
